The Diocese of Toledo has been found to be in compliance with the articles of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops Charter for the Protection of Children and Young People.

The compliance letter followed upon the submission of documents and statistics related to maintaining a safe environment for our children and youth for the period July 1, 2018 to June 30, 2019. The Diocese of Toledo is audited by an independent agency each year to ensure compliance with the Charter.
