When COVID-19 struck, the first thing many parishes did; prepare to livestream Sunday Mass and in many cases also the weekday Masses and other srvices. Live-streaming the Mass and many of our othre church activitites helped keep our parishioners together even though we were not physically together. We realized quickly, however, that we needed trained individuals to monitor the equipment.
